Dr. Ellis chose dentistry because it brings together two things he values: the artistry and precision of working with his hands and the opportunity to care for people. Growing up in St. Helena, California, he spent time working alongside his father in the family jewelry shop, where he developed an appreciation for creating intricate, detailed work.

He received his dental education from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Dr. Ellis especially enjoys creating natural-looking, aesthetically appealing restorations and helping patients feel more confident in their smiles. He believes patients should have a voice in their dental care and takes time to explain their options, answer questions, and help them feel comfortable making informed decisions about their treatment.
Outside the office, Dr. Ellis enjoys spending time with his family and his two young boys. He loves being on the water, especially wakeboarding and water skiing, and he enjoys playing board games. He also appreciates a good dad joke or pun.

What brought you to Meridian, Idaho?
It was important to my wife and I that we were close to family so we decided to return to the area where she grew up.
